REGULATORY STATUS AND WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

1. Pending NAB Registration Horizon Bridge Academy (“the Academy”) is an educational institution currently in the preparatory phase of operations. We are actively undergoing the formal registration process with the National Accreditation Board (NAB) of the Commonwealth of Dominica. The Academy is not yet officially registered to operate as a tertiary education provider.

2. Informational Purposes Only Until official NAB registration is secured, all content on this website and its associated platforms—including but not limited to program descriptions, course curricula, tuition fees, academic calendars, and institutional policies—is provided for informational and preparatory purposes only. This content does not constitute a binding offer, a contract, or a guarantee of future service.

3. Suspension of Enrollment and Payments In strict compliance with Dominican educational regulations, the Academy is prohibited from enrolling students or accepting tuition prior to securing NAB registration. Therefore:

  • No enrollment applications will be accepted, processed, or confirmed at this time.
  • No payments, deposits, or financial transactions will be processed through this website or its associated LearnWorlds platform.
  • Any “Enroll,” “Buy,” or “Apply” buttons currently visible are inactive, disabled, or serve solely as expressions of interest.

4. Subject to Regulatory Change As part of the NAB registration process, the Academy’s proposed curricula, fee structures, and operational policies may be subject to review and mandatory modification by the Board. The Academy reserves the right to alter any information on this website to comply with NAB requirements prior to opening for enrollment.
